Our Weekly Run Schedule

Friday Morning Social Run:

  • Time: 7:20am meet for a 7:30am start

  • Distance: 5k

  • Pace Groups: Choose from 5:30, 6:00, or 6:30 min/km

  • Post-Run: Join us for coffee and chit-chat at our home cafe, Chapter 72

Kick off your Friday mornings with our famous 5k social run. We offer three pace groups to accommodate different running speeds, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and welcome. After the run, we gather at Chapter 72 for a well-deserved coffee and a chance to socialise with fellow runners.

Sunday Morning Long Run:

  • Time: 7:50am meet for an 8am start

  • Distance: 15 to 21km, depending on the week

  • Pace Group: 6:15-6:30 min/km

  • Post-Run: Coffee and chit-chat at Chapter 72

Our Sunday morning long run is perfect for those looking to cover more distance. Ranging from 15 to 21km, this run is paced at 6:15-6:30 min/km. It's a great way to build endurance while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow runners. Afterward, we head to Chapter 72 to refuel with coffee and catch up with the group.
