  • Summer: Alfresco at Tanner Street Park

  • Winter: Indoors at Leathermarket Gardens Community Hall

Reconnect with your body and mind at our wonderful yoga sessions, designed to complement your running routine and enhance your overall wellbeing. During the summer months, we take advantage of the warm weather and beautiful surroundings by practicing alfresco at Tanner Street Park. As the seasons change, we move indoors to the cosy Leathermarket Gardens Community Hall to keep the practice going through the winter.

These one-hour sessions are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Our focus is on gentle stretching, improving flexibility, and promoting relaxationβ€”perfect for recovery and mental clarity. Each session provides an opportunity to unwind, reset, and connect with fellow members of the Bermondsey Street Runners community.
